Terms & Conditions

The intent of this agreement is to disclose to prospective Members and Participating Businesses of the b2c Savings Program the Terms & Conditions of participation in the marketing program. By accessing this site, Members and Participating Businesses are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions herein noted. Do not access this site if you are not in agreement. The b2c Savings Program reserves the right to amend/change the Terms & Conditions as they feel necessary.

By registering and agreeing to participate in the b2c Savings Program, the following conditions apply.

1. Members are responsible for keeping their personal data current. The b2c Savings Program may periodically request an update of a Member's personal information.
2. The b2c Savings Program will NOT share Member's personal information with any outside sources. Member personal information is secure.
3. Members are responsible for all payments to Participating Businesses. The b2c Savings Program is not liable or involved in any monetary transactions between the Member and the Participating Business.
4. Members acknowledge the b2c Savings Program has entered into agreements with a variety of Participating Businesses to provide savings to consumers. The b2c Savings Program will benefit financially by entering into these agreements. Participating Businesses, and the savings they are providing, are available on the b2c Savings Program website. Participating Businesses may change from time to time. It is the Member's responsibility to periodically check the website to determine the status of the Participating Businesses.
5. Members are responsible for any potential tax consequences if they are a winner of the monthly prize giveaway.
6. Members are responsible to check with Participating Businesses to verify the use of other coupons, discount cards, promotions or special events being offered by the Participating Business in conjunction with the b2c Savings Program.
7. The b2c Savings Program reserves the right to make any changes to a Member's participation in the program due to the Member's fraudulent or abusive use of the program. Any changes will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions herein noted.
8. As a bulk seller or fundraising organization one of the many benefits you pass along with the card is the opportunity for the card member to register their card and be eligible for the monthly drawings. In no way should you or your organization abuse this benefit by registering cards for your own benefit before distributing the cards to members. Such activity will result in cancellation of your membership and NO refunds will be applied.

All ownership/interest in the b2c Savings Program and the b2c Savings Program website is the exclusive property of the b2c Savings Program. This site is intended for the benefit of the Members and Participating Businesses of the b2c Savings Program. Any portion of the site can be downloaded, copied and printed for the personal use of Members and Participating Businesses only. Any other use or modification of the site for commercial, public or personal reasons, without the express written agreement of the b2c Savings Program is hereby prohibited. Members and Participating Businesses agree they will NOT engage in any activities with the b2c Savings Program site that is contrary to applicable laws or regulations.

The b2c Savings Program reserves the right to periodically update the b2c Savings Program website. Said updates could include adding/deleting Participating Businesses; changing design elements; improving program descriptions; correcting information; etc. The b2c Savings Program may discontinue or change any service or product at anytime without prior notice to Members or other Participating Businesses.

The b2c Savings Program DOES NOT control the products or services offered by Participating Businesses. The b2c Savings Program DOES reserve the right to make the final decision as to what products or services are being offered by Participating Businesses. Participating Businesses are responsible for any interaction between the Participating Business and the b2c Savings Program Members. The b2c Savings Program is NOT a party to any transactions entered into between the Participating Business and the b2c Savings Program Member. The b2c Savings Program is NOT responsible for the quality or quantity of goods or services provided by Participating Businesses.

The following shall apply as it relates to the b2c Savings Program website.

1. To the best of its knowledge, the information provided by the b2c Savings Program website is believed to be accurate. The b2c Savings Program does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the information noted on the b2c Savings Program website.
2. All savings provided by Participating Businesses is on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Participation in the b2c Savings Program is at the sole risk of the Members and Participating Businesses, and is being provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
4. The b2c Savings Program is NOT liable for any loss or damage that Members or Participating Businesses may incur if the b2c Savings Program website should fail or be interrupted for any reason.
5. The b2c Savings Program shall NOT be liable for any damages arising from the transactions between b2c Savings Program Members and b2c Savings Program Participating Businesses.
6. All design elements, logos, etc. on the b2c Savings Program website are the sole property of the b2c Savings Program. Members and Participating Businesses are prohibited from using said design elements, logos, etc. without the prior written agreement of the b2c Savings Program.
7. All information and content on the b2c Savings Program website is protected by copyright. The b2c Savings Program Members and Participating Businesses are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating or using any content available on or through the b2c Savings Program for commercial or public purposes.

Members in the b2c Savings Program, who buy products or services from Participating Businesses, are customers of the Participating Businesses. All rules, policies and operating procedures of said Participating Businesses will apply to b2c Savings Program Members. The b2c Savings Program is not responsible for information provided by Members to Participating Businesses. Participating Businesses and the b2c Savings Program are independent contractors. Neither Participating Businesses nor the b2c Savings Program has the authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

The b2c Savings Program contains links to third-party websites as a convenience to Members of the b2c Savings Program. The b2c Savings Program does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of any of the information contained on any third-party website, and is not responsible for the information contained on any third-party website. Linked websites may contain rules and regulations, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, transmission of personal data provision, and other provisions that differ from the provisions provided on the b2c Savings Program website. The b2c Savings Program is not responsible or liable for any such provisions.

The Terms & Conditions of the b2c Savings Program shall be governed by and be in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be in an appropriate state or federal court located in the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado. By agreeing to the b2c Savings Program Terms & Conditions, the parties unconditionally waive their respective rights to a jury trial.

Any cause of action resulting from the use/participation in the b2c Savings Program must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or a portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of these Terms & Conditions. The remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

Except for any additional b2c Savings Program Member and Participating Business agreement, these Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
