All information collected by the b2c Savings Program website will be used to contact monthly prize winners, provide monthly updates, contact our business partners, conduct research and provide anonymous demographic information to internal and external clients. All information provided to the b2c Savings Program website is not anonymous to the b2c Savings Program company and umbrella company 814 Inc. Information the b2c Savings Program may collect from card members is: e-mail address, zip code and age.
When registering for the monthly giveaways, the b2c Savings Program will ask for a list of demographic questions that includes: age, gender, marital status, number of children in the household, income level and interests. Information collected from businesses is: business details (name, location, contact information), and billing information. Only information (business discounts, profiles, advertorials, map, logo, location, contact information and advertisements) intended for the use of the site will be shared with the general public.
Access to Your Information
All information provided will never be shared, rented, traded or sold to any person/s or companies that are not directly affiliated with the b2c Savings Program.
Business Merge/Transfer
With all businesses, there is the possibility of a merger, transfer or buy out. It is possible this could happen with the b2c Savings Program. If this were to take place, all companies involved in the transaction would have access all information maintained by the b2c Savings Program. However, all information available would be bound by this privacy policy unless you choose to consent otherwise. An electronic or written notice will be provided if this were to occur.
Opt-Out Request
You may choose to receive monthly communications directly from the b2c Savings Program. Once you choose to receive communications, you will then receive monthly newsletters, updates, giveaway results, featured offers and discounts from our business partners. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link located on monthly communications. It is possible for third-party companies to mention our website and services, as it is a direct extension to businesses’ marketing efforts. You may need to contact those companies directly to opt-out of their monthly communications.
